General Manager The Hilton Garden Inn Bellevue (Downtown)

The Hotel Group is looking for an experienced General Manager, with specific experience in rooms and food & beverage, to manage our sleek and contemporary hotel located in the heart of downtown Bellevue, within walking distance of Bellevue Square, Lincoln Square and the Bravern Shopping Mall. 

 The property is a full-service hotel with a custom branded restaurant, bar & lounge, 254 stylish guest rooms, indoor saltwater pool, fitness center, meeting space, and valet parking.

  Competitive compensation is base salary plus incentive plan.

QUALIFICATIONS

Desirable candidates will have experience in managing a full-service property, with an emphasis on experience with a full-service restaurant, lounge and banquet offering.  Knowledge of the Bellevue/Seattle market is preferred but not required, and qualified candidates will also have experience in cost controls, and the ability to inspire a positive workplace and guest culture to Serve, Inspire and Deliver.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead, direct, and manage all hotel operations as well as provide overall leadership in the hotel's ongoing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
  • Passionately uphold a positive workplace culture for team members by listening, empowering and motivating all team members.
  • Ensure property operations are functioning within the financial parameters established in the budget.
  • Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, compliance standards and financial measurements.
  • Identify operational performance, productivity and efficiency gaps and implement measures as necessary to correct those deficiencies.
  • Monitor and develop team member performance, particularly the executive team and department heads, by providing supervision and professional development, scheduling, performance evaluations, counseling opportunities as well as reward and recognition.
