The Delta by Marriott Helena is searching for a Line Cook responsible for preparing all food items per standard recipes, as well as quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasoning, and other food items prepared in different kitchen stations.

The Delta Hotel by Marriott Helena is strategically located between Yellowstone National Park and Glacier National Park, and is the only full-service Marriott hotel in the state of Montana. Less than four miles from the Helena Regional Airport, Delta Hotel by Marriott Helena offers 150 luxurious hotel rooms and suites in the heart of Helena.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Prepare hotel guests food orders in a timely manner.
  • Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
  • Ensure that all ordered products are received, stored, and handled according to federal/state food safety  guidelines.
  • Maintain cleanliness and comply with food sanitation standards at all times. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef and Executive Chef.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, and additional culinary coursework or experience is helpful but not required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule with potential nights, weekends or holidays.
